Your coaching session will include the incorporation of a Personal Profile System® (PPS) software report designed just for you based on your responses to a simple questionnaire. The PPS is the result of extensive field research and testing and is scaled to today’s diverse workforce. It offers more choices, more reliability, and sets the standard for behavioral-based learning.

The foundation of personal and professional success lies in understanding yourself, understanding others, and realizing the impact of personal behavior on others. For nearly thirty years, the PPS has unlocked the door to productive communication and relationships for over 30 million people through its DiSC® Dimensions of Behavior. The four primary dimensions are:

Your report will include General Characteristics including your own Behavioral Highlights and Overview, followed by factors that motivate and demotivate you, and those you tend avoid.
